About Alicia Chapman

Broker/Owner at Realty One Group, Engage. I was born and raised in South Florida, and my love for beaches, boats and where I live reflects that. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a BA in International Political Science. I went on to pursue my Master's degree in International Conflict Analysis in London, England, UK. Where i met my soccer loving English husband. After moving back to South Florida, in 2004, where the weather is warmer, I decided to team up with my mom, Debra Parker, in her Real Estate business! Debra and I decided to become Brokers together and stared our own independent brokerage.

In 2019 we decided to take our love of what we do and share it with others, and we joined the Realty One Group Family! It was the best decision we ever made, it has allowed to to help take our Real Estate rockstar family to the next level! My favorite thing about our office is the amazing Energy and Vibes you feel when you walk in to our office. I am also blessed to be the mom of 3 amazing kids; Ella, Chloe & Archer - whose passion and love of dance/soccer also allows me to be a dance/soccer mom!
